NovaCresco processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. NovaCresco processes your personal data for the following purposes:

NovaCresco takes responsibility based on automated processing decisions about matters that can have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions made by computer programmes or systems, without human intervention (for example, an employee of NovaCresco).

NovaCresco does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We maintain the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizens Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. NovaCresco will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
